Mad Monday
Feather Pillow
This image
serves two purposes. It improves overall posture, and prevents tensing the neck
and jaw. A double benefit!
Imagine your
head (skull) floating atop a feather pillow. Don’t smush the pillow – and feather
pillows tend to smush easily. Your head
should feel relaxed, without tension in the jaw or neck.
Of course,
two-way energy is always present: up from the top of the head, and down through
the bottoms of the feet. But if too much
energy is sent upwards, it can cause the head and/or neck to tense, and the
feather pillow image helps prevent this type of excessive energy.

“When tough
times come, it is particularly important to offset them with much gentle
