Wild Wednesday Vacuum Tube
Here is another image for improving pirouettes – and other turns. Think about those tubes banks use at their drive-through tellers.
These tubes are cylinders that get sucked up into a vacuum tube that goes from the outside drive-through into the bank. It’s great fun to watch this process if you’ve never seen it.
Now, whenever you turn, imagine your body inside that vacuum tube as it is sucked upwards and on into the bank!
