Fun Friday Cookie Dough
It could be that dance students today
have never watched cookie dough as it rises in the oven. But for those of us
who have seen this gradual, wondrous process – not to mention the incredible
smell – it is an image that works for posture.
To prevent droopy posture, or even alignment
that is just a bit on the tired side, imagine your body rising like cookie
dough in the oven. It’s subtle but effective.
And if you’ve never watched this phenomenon,
buy some slice-and-bake cookies and see it for yourself!
