Sensational Saturday 4th of July
Energy is so critical in everything a dancer does. I’ve
talked before about how there needs to be a sensation of energy radiating in
all directions in Ballet Secret 1a: Feel

On this 4th of July holiday, here is a new image
to help with this essential energy pattern: Imagine energy as the burst of
color that radiates from the center of a spectacular fireworks explosion. It
can be any color you want, or even multi –colored.
So as you enjoy the fireworks today, file those images for
future use.
