Sunday Summer Story
It’s July 1st, and today’s theme
is in honor of July: Every summer has a story. That’s true, isn’t it? For
dancers summers are a time of six-week programs, often in different and distant
cities. That’s a story all by itself. New places, new faces and new
experiences. It’s a memorable and growing time.
For others, it’s a time to sit back and
relax, if only for a day or two on a hot weekend. Maybe it’s a trip to the
mountains or the beach if summer coincides with some vacation days.
Whatever summer means to you, it will
have a story. What will yours be?

Quote of the Day:
“They talk
about big skies in the western United States, and they may indeed have them,
but you have never seen such lofty clouds, such towering anvils, as in Iowa in
July.”
