Sunday Childlike
If you’ve ever taken a slow, patient walk
with a toddler, you’ll have your eyes opened to lots of little things. A small
child finds fascination in anything and everything and it will give you new perspective.
Everything – everything – is new to
them.
Walking with a toddler will allow you to
reconnect with your own inner child. You’ll see flowers, bugs, puddles, colors,
even cracks in a sidewalk with a refreshing view of discovery. Remember when a
summer day seemed endless and full of possibilities? When you had time to
notice the warmth of the sun on your face or the thrill of finding a bird’s
nest?
You can have all this again. Just
reinstate your childlike mind and go exploring in your own backyard.

Quote of the Day:
“See the
world through the eyes of your inner child.
The eyes that sparkle in awe and amazement as they see love, magic and mystery in the most ordinary things.”
