Sunday Learning Every Day
Today’s Motivational
Secret is a bit misleading. It would be difficult, if not impossible, to go
through a day and not learn something new. It might just be a different way of
thinking about an old idea, but that would still be new.
But it helps to actively seek out new things, or actively notice new things and ideas. They are
all around us if we pay attention. And learning new things is exciting and motivating,
no matter how small the new thing might be.
When you uncover something
new, you’ll feel the same joy that you see in a young child’s expression when
they discover something new and unfamiliar, be it a bright caterpillar, or a
small puppy, or a realization of something – like how soft a bunny’s fur feels.
That’s the essence of learning: discovery. Like a treasure hunt with an exciting secret revealed at
the end. Happy hunting!
