Sunday Bring
What will you bring to this brand new
year? A mind full of doubts, worry, and/or fear? Scary. Think about bringing
good things into the new year, starting with your thoughts.
Begin and end each day with grateful
thoughts. This is powerful. At night it will help you fall asleep, and in the
morning it will energize you for the day. I’ve talked before about how
important your thoughts are for your happiness and well-being. Nurture good,
positive ones. Yes, it takes practice.
Not sure about exactly thoughts to have?
Today’s Link has suggestions. Pick some that work for you.
Therefore, if you make resolutions, make
this one: I will try to bring only good thoughts into the new year.
