Monday
Anchored
On this
Monday I expect that many of you are relaxing with a day off. Therefore, it’s a good time to
think about a boat bobbing lazily in the water - if you're not already on one.
Imagine your
head as the boat, and your tailbone is the anchor, resting firmly on the bed of
the ocean. Now imagine your spine as the chain that connects the anchor to the
boat.
This image
allows the body to move freely (with the imaginary currents of the water), yet
maintain its postural alignment (with the strength of the anchor on the sea
floor.
Can you ever
have enough images for posture and alignment?!
