Mad Monday Sandwich Board
You are probably familiar with sandwich
boards - the method of advertising where a person stands on the street wearing
a board on the front and back of the body, usually supported by straps over the
shoulders (see above photo).
This is a good image for pliés. It is
similar to last week’s idea of the glass wall. The boards are open on each
side, allowing the legs to bend and turn out, but they keep the back and
torso in alignment.
You can imagine these boards any way you
like – covered with text and pictures advertising anything that suits your
fancy.

Quote of the Day:
“It's
important to achieve balance in sandwiches, because who really knows how to
achieve it in life? Life is messy, difficult, occasionally great but mostly
upsetting and out of your control. But you can always make a good sandwich, and
a good sandwich will make you happy!”
