Fun Friday Frappé Photo Finish

Fun Friday Frappé Photo Finish

You will remember Ballet Secret #10:When performing a frappé correctly, the movement stops when the foot is fully extended, but the energy continues.” Here is another tip for making this happen.

At the end of the frappé, imagine there is a photographer crouching beside you trying to get a perfect, non-fuzzy shot of your extended foot. If you don’t pause at the end (failing to stop the movement), the picture will be out of focus. Sigh.

To boost the power of this image, imagine hearing the click of the camera at the exact moment it captures your beautiful, fully pointed foot - in a perfectly focused photograph.

From the Big Blue Book of Ballet Secrets
Ballet Secret #10k:
“Hold the end of a frappé for a photo.”
