Mad Monday Laser Bones

Mad Monday Laser Bones

Today I’m talking about lasar bones. This is not to be confused with lazy bones, which is an entirely different thing altogether.

Laser bones. Imagine a laser beam extending outward from each hip bone. It must remain level most of the time both lasers must always – always – face in the correct direction.

If you could actually put a laser light on each hip bone, it would be much easier to learn whether or not the hips are aligned correctly. So do the next best thing and imagine that you have them.

From the Big Blue Book of Ballet Secrets
Secret #7sss:
“ Imagine lasers on your hip bones.”
