Sunday Wash

Sunday Wash

There is a famous scene in the musical “South Pacific” (see today’s link), where the lead character shampoos her hair and sings that she is going to “wash that man “right out of her hair.

This is a good way to look at anything negative. Wash it away! Lather up and symbolically cleanse yourself of it, rinse, and go on to view the world in a better way.
In other words, eliminate the negative thoughts and replace them with positive  (cleaner) ones.

It’s not always easy, but singing along with South Pacific is a good start.

Motivational Secret #55:
“Imagining washing negativity out of your life.”

Quote of the Day:
“Through the passage of my life I have learned, that the power of positive association is so much stronger than any amount of negativity in the world. No matter how dark it is, a tiny beam of light is all it takes to kill the darkest of darkness.”
